The Degen Genesis pool acts as the burn/insurance pool for Noble Degen, the total liquidity pool contract will be sent to burn address to secure the pool. During periods of high supply 0xD will be used to reduce the supply of NODE in the system which will subsequently be burnt. 0xD itself is not mintable, this means that at a certain time there will no longer be any 0xD available for NODE burns.
